One weekend our grandpa took us to Belavezhskaya Puscha, which is one of the largest national parks in Europe. It\u2019s a huge forest where lots of animals live. We stayed in a beautiful hotel in the middle of the forest and did a whole lot of fun things. One day we went to a museum that showed how people lived in the 16th and 17th centuries. The museum even had a small zoo! There was a fawn named Lala. Her deer mother left her and the museum raised her. I even fed her! She is a very cute deer who wore a collar and followed people around, like a small puppy. There is a legend that in the middle of this forest lives Belarusian Grandfather Frost (like Santa Claus). We went to his village. It was like a fairy tale in there. Baba Yaga\u2019s youngest sister was our tour guide. Her name was Kargota. We walked around, solved riddles, and made wishes. I even met the Belarusian Grandfather Frost! He told me that his colleague Santa Claus lives in Alaska. I always thought he lived in another place, like the North Pole or somewhere in Finland.<\/p>\n
